Shipping policy

Custom Orders 

Custom Orders are coordinated by organizations and a link is provided for ordering. Customs orders will be accepted until deadline stated in item description (can be extended by organization contact).  Once order is closed, it is scheduled for production within 2-3 weeks and delivered by method listed on item description.

-If shipping was an option, it will be shipped and USPS tracking provided once order ships. ID Solutions Custom Orders ship within 2-3 weeks after orders are closed online.  

- OSU orders will be delivered to our Stillwater store unless other method is stated on product description.  Organizational contact will notify everyone once order is ready for pick up.  Pick up is at 1113 S Main Street, Stillwater, OK. 

-All other orders will be delivered to organization contact for distribution *this is listed on the product description when you placed your order.
