WE HAVE SEVERAL WAYS YOU CAN RECEIVE YOUR ORDER- DISTRIBUTION OF ORDERS IS DESIGNATED BY THE CONTACT FOR YOUR ORGANIZATION
*We do not have a way do differentiate on the different delivery methods when we fulfill your order. All orders will look as if they have shipped but if you didn't enter a shipping address (billing is the only default asked for) your order WILL NOT be shipped.
- ORGANIZATION PICK UP-orders can set up to deliver to the organization's contact that had the order set up online. Once the order closes online (specified on product page when you order), production is scheduled within approximately 2-3 weeks depending on product availability. Once the order is complete the contact will pick up the orders and distribute. Please make note of your contact when you place your order so you can reach out to them once the order is complete. We cannot be responsible for inaccurate distribution by your organization. We count all orders 4 times before it leaves our facility. Any defects, damages MUST be reported to us immediately upon receipt of your order. Shortages MUST be reported to us by the organization BEFORE any distribution of orders. Shortages after distribution has started cannot be our responsibility.
- INDIVIDUAL SHIPPING- This has become more popular due to COVID. If the order link is set up or individual shipping you will be asked for a shipping address and select how you want your order shipped, typically UPS, USPS Priority Mail or First Class. Your order will then be shipped approximately 3 weeks after the order deadline. *IF* you are provided with a NOSHIP code and you use it, it DOES NOT mean free shipping. This is to waive the shipping and have it delivered to your organization for pick up. This is used when they want to allow people to choose between shipping or pick up at their organization. We cannot be help responsible for incorrect addresses. Losses by carrier will be handled on a case by case basis. Please contact us for your options if a carrier does lose your order.
